Friendly, but flighty and a bit nervous. He is humble though, and doesn't brag about his abilities. He is also not a very trusting horse. He needs proof, he's sort of a doubting Thomas in that reguard.

A very brief history here: Shiek was born in Arabia on the night that his father was killed by a cobra. Terrified, his dam and her newborn colt fled to a human realm where they were captured and boarded onto a ship to trade with Greece. When they got there, both horses were put to work, Princess as a pack horse and Shiek (when he was old enough) became a messager's horse. One day, Princess was sacrificed to the pagan gods of the humans, and Shiek, enraged, spent the night in anger, grief and fear and he set out the next morning to a new land to start a new life.
