A new leader has come

Large daggers pound the sand. Shadows streach from the dunes and the few trees strong enough to grow in such a harsh land to the ebon bod that has come. Guenhwyvar. The stream seems to murmer the name as it moves through the land. In the sound of the trees' few leaves rustling there is his name. Guenhwyvar. He looks around, assesing the land. It has been abandoned for a long while, he had watched the old lead leave, never to return. Since then he had wandered around, checking the land for any dangerous predators. None. So, here he was. A loud call spread over the desert, a cry of claiming. The only reply is the call of a hawk soaring on the thermals high above. The wind slowly dies down, creating a moment of near silence in reverence to the new king. He looks up to see storm clouds massing, a rare occurence. Hence the land accepts it's new leader.
