<<. we come here to feed on the blood of the .innocient. .>>
A cold haze surrounded the stag, all around the air was cool from the previous, dieing summer. The nights chilly, the air cool with that sweet taste of snow in the air. The clouds always puffy and filled with snow, unsure of when and where to drop the tiny flakes.
Daggers, covered by swishing fethers, tiptoed on the trodden earth under their mighty weight, as he danced. A neck arched out of proudness was well muscled, thick mane was brushing his ebony and ivory pelt, as he danced. Nares flaring softly and hooves snapping up with stringy suspention to his chest, as he danced.
As the stallion srut into the land, every muscle bunched perfectly, every step taken seriously, every movement it.s own. He moved with undenying grace, in spite of his heavy frame. The sky bright and blue, the sun shining, the air sweetly cold, yet he was the center of all attention. With all of the beautifull scenery surrounding him, one might think this stag was a mere insect in the greatness of the wild, a dot on map the size of a pin-head. However, if you are indeed one to believe this, you are greatly mistaken.
The Hellion stood out like a sore thumb, his power attracting wandering optics, the center of attention. His very presence brought all to a halt, ate up the hugeness of the wild, and made the space his own. He danced not for you, or for I, but to fill in the empty space that left everyones heart like a hollow carcass, drained of everything.
A smirk played across his maw, he was sensitive to the eyes watching him, wether it be other equines, or a small rabbit. He was aware of each and every one of them, yet he had forgotten them completely, focusing everything on each flick of his tail, every mark his dagger did not make on the earth below him. He was supiror to all.
With a swish of his tail he turned in the direction of a Light Fae, her eyes clouded and ripples of pain shooting through her carcass. He smiled gently at her, enticing her to look at him. Once she did, she couldnt stop. Even as he tore at her soft pelt, she made no sound. Velvet orbs fixed on the stag as he drank away her life, not with a hurried urgency as a vampire would, feisting quickly and furoiusly, no he drank slowly. The stag made each mouthful a delightful part of his day. Untill there was no more. He left the carcass to rot, its dull eyes still watching him with intensity.
He washed the blood off of his maw and stood, taking in all the scents from around him. Bod unearthly still, he scented another equine headed his way, whether it was friend, or prey he would soon find out. Daggers planted in the dirt calmly, he waited. Freezing era still surrounding him as the world swirled out of view from all, untill it was only this one stag remaining. He knew the equine would come to him, as all did, but he was neithr anxious or impatient. Living in the sweet moment, he was content to stand patiently, and wait.
