For those of you dont know what power playing and godmodeing is:
POWERPLAYING:Mr.Ted spun around and kicked The Black in the head, cracking it in the cheekbone and causing for him to go blind. NO POWERPLAYING. Powerplaying is when you play that other persons horse, or hit that other persons horse.
This is acceptable. Mr.Ted spun around, and kicked out at The Black. Aiming for the head. He hopes to hear the cracking of a cheekbone. Causing him to go blind. (He only attempted.)
GODMODE:When Mr.Ted hit The Black in the head and cracked his jaw, he moved it around back into place and it was fine. GODMODE is when we give our horses unnatural powers. Since when do horses have superpowers?)

Although you have given this your own definition (which is fine), God Modding (GM) is more widely defined as one player controlling another person's character, for instance:
Major GM:
Diamond: Walked over to William "Greetings William." She said, "Greetings Diamond." He said. They shook hands and then Diamond pulled out her sword and killed William, who fought back valiantly, but couldn't vanquish her, so he fell to the ground, dead.
What's wrong with that? Well, first of all, William has to offer his hand for Diamond to shake, Diamond can't just make it that he shakes hands with her. Secondly, she cannot kill William without his player's permission, and thirdly, she cannot say that William falls to the ground, the player playing William has to say that.
Moderate GM:
Diamond: "Greetings William." She said, shaking Will's hand. William: "Greetings my friend." Will said, watching her fall to the ground.
What's wrong with that? Again, Diamond must wait for William to extend his hand to her and Will must wait for the player playing Diamond to fall to the ground.
Minor GM:
Diamond: Diamond looked into Will's eyes, and gasped as he smiled back at her.
What's wrong with that? Diamond should wait to have Will confirm that he is looking at her and she should wait for Will to smile at her, if indeed he is going to do that.
GM with NC's:
Diamond: "Halt!" Diamond called to the party she was leading, and the knights obeyed her command. William: "Go, bring this message to the castle." Will commanded one of her men, and the knight went off the inform Peregrine.
What's wrong with that? The NC's in this scene (the knights Diamond is leading) are of Diamond's creation and not Will's. Therefore, Will has no right to control them unless Diamond gives him permission in OOC.
Power Playing (PP) is when one player has an outragiously Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu character and it ridiculously powerful. Here is another example taken directly from my board:
......when I track it down in the archieves....
